Products and Pricing

Product categories, product descriptions, and prices are displayed on the website. Prices are shown in the checkout currency.

Ordering and Payment

Payment is made at checkout. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization. Supported payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Standard processing time is up to 2 weeks before dispatch. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1 to 3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship to the countries available for selection at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Yarnia Studio will cover the return shipping cost and offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
